Two-time National Poomsae Team member and 2012 World Championships National Poomsae Team free style coach Muhammad Chishti will lead a free style poomsae seminar on Feb. 20 from 9 a.m. -12 p.m. PST  at the 2013 U.S. Open in Las Vegas, Nev.

The seminar will cover: a video review of free style poomsae at the 2012 World Championships; a review and interpretation of WTF free style poomsae rules and scoring guidelines; a presentation on how to develop a free style poomsae routine; insight on key requirements for success of male, female, pair and team free style poomsae; and a question and answer session.

Chishti will be joined by National Poomsae Team head coach Jimmy Kim and assistant coach Ibrahim Chishti on the panel.

Cost of this seminar is $50 and all proceeds from the seminar will go towards the USAT National Poomsae Team and program.  

Attendees should bring a notebook and pen to take notes. There is no need to bring a dobok as the seminar will be lecture only.
