The 20-member U.S. Junior World Team was finalized on Sunday with the qualification of the last 10 athletes during the Junior World Open Team Trials at the Olympic Training Center in Colorado Springs.

Qualifying on Sunday in the male divisions were finweight Ethan Gallegos(Bakersfield, Calif.), flyweight Zachery Budde (Maple Grove, Minn.), bantamweight Logan Gerick (Keller, Texas), featherweight Gabriel Chadis(Alvin, Texas) and lightweight Ryan Guzman (Miami, Fla.).

Female qualifiers on Sunday were welterweight Deireanne Morales(Lynwood, Calif.), light middleweight Alexxis Grosso (Anaheim, Calif.), middleweight Moriah Martin (Eagle River, Alaska), light heavyweightDanielle Gay (Rhinebeck, N.Y.) and heavyweight Crystal Weekes (Staten Island, N.Y.)

Gerick and Morales are members of the 2011 U.S. Junior National Team, and both Morales and Chadis were part of the last Junior World Championship team in 2010.

The Junior World Team will compete at the 2012 Junior World Taekwondo Championships in Sharm El Sheikh, Egypt, April 4-8.
