RE: NOTICE OF UPCOMING BOARD MEETINGS
In the interest of being more transparent with its meeting schedule, USA Taekwondo’s Transitional Board of Directors has developed its tentative Board meeting schedule through the end of March, 2013. The schedule is as follows:
December 10, 2012 2pm MDT Board Call
December 17, 2012 2pm MDT Board Call
January 10-11, 2013 In-person meeting in Colorado Springs, CO including an Annual Assembly on the night of January 11, 2013
January 28, 2013 2pm MDT Board Call
February 8, 2013 2pm MDT Board Call
February 18-23, 2013 Possible in-person meeting in Las Vegas, NV (U.S. Open)
March 4, 2013 2pm MDT Board Call
March 18, 2013 2pm MDT Board Call
While it is possible that the Board would have to deviate from the above schedule occasionally or schedule additional meetings, the Board will make best efforts to ensure changes are held to a minimum.
