World Poomsae Bronze Medalist Dure Chang Among U.S. Open Competitors

2008 World Poomsae bronze medalist Dure Chang (Anchorage, Alaska) leads a group of 14 U.S. National Poomsae Team members registered for the Feb. 12-15 U.S. Open in Las Vegas. Chang captured the bronze medal in the Female 1st Masters division at the  3rd WTF World Poomsae Championships held in Turkey last month.

Chang will be joined in Las Vegas by her 2008 National Team members Aline Salzberg (Chatsworth, Calif.), Anthony Nguyen (Chandler, Ariz.), Garth Cooley (Indianapolis, Ind.), Mariel Calinog (Granada Hills, Calif.), Lilian Angel (Orange, Calif.), Muhammad Chishti (Carlsbad, Calif.), Maisey Calinog (Granada Hills, Calif.), Johnny Nguyen (Tempe, Ariz.), Matthew Dunlap (Hermiston, Ore.), Madison Motoyasu (Santa Clarita, Calif.), Reggie Ubiadas (Simi Valley, Calif.) and Jason Hwang (Rancho Cucamonga, Calif.).

Also competing will be 2007 U.S. National Poomsae Team member Jeff Anderson (San Jose, Calif.).
