Position Open: Administrative Assistant

SUMMARY: USA Table Tennis is seeking to fill a full-time position as an Administrative Assistant in the National Office in Colorado Springs, Colorado.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

  • Coordinate tournament sanctions with Regional and Nationals Tournament Directors
  • Coordinate all aspects of Affiliated Club Certificates of Insurance
  • Manage tournament reports and ratings coordination
  • Manage the equipment supplier pool registration process
  • Assist with the management of the membership database and processing
  • Other duties as may be assigned to assist with the national office functions

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office – Word, Excel, Power Point, Access, Publisher
  • Undergraduate degree preferred
  • Available to travel to two (2) major domestic events a year in a support function
  • Must be able to successfully pass the USATT background screening

SALARY & BENEFITS:

  1. Salary commensurate upon experience and skill level: starts at $26,000
  2. Vacation, flex time, recognized holidays and sick time plan in place
  3. Benefits include health insurance, health savings account, dental, vision and SIMPLE IRA retirement plan.
