The TAC met via teleconference at 4:00pm Mountain Time.

The TAC reviewed the actions of the USATT Board of Directors based on the minutes of the December 2012 Board Meeting. Larry Rose, Tom Wintrich and Mike Cavanaugh described the portion of the Board meeting related to the Board’s decision to deny sanction to the Butterfly Teams event.
The primary focus of the meeting was to review and tune the suggested Star Rating changes. This took into account comments made by the Board at the December presentation, and additional information from Kagin Lee and Han Xiao which were received by email.
Action Item: Larry Rose to prepare an updated version of the Star Rating draft to the TAC for final comment before presentation to the Board of Directors on Monday 4 February.
The meeting was adjourned at 5:30pm Mountain Time.
