USA Table Tennis 2013 National Team Trials Host City/Club Bid Specification Sheet 


Event:   2013 USA National Team Trials
Dates:   February 7-10, 2013
Sanctioning Body:   USA Table Tennis
Event Operators:    Local Organizing Committee (LOC) USA Table Tennis (USATT)  
Venue:  LOC: Ideal venue shall have:
  • Sufficient space for minimum six competition courts minimum 23’ by 46’ each, with surrounds (barriers) around each court
  • Space for three practice courts located away from the competition courts
  • Lighting of at least 600 lux (60 lumens/foot candle) over the playing courts
  • Wooden floor or floor mats courts
  • ITTF regulation courts
  • 30’ ceilings
  • Air flow less than 1.18 inches per second
  • Free parking for volunteers, officials, players and coaches
  • Seating area for minimum 100
  • Control Desk area, approx. 10' x 15'
  • Internet connection
Accommodations: LOC:
  • List the hotels or other accommodations
  • Options are in the area.
  • Close proximity to venue
Athletes, Tournament Directors, & Officials Support:         LOC:   
  • Travel subsidy and accommodation Directors, & Officials subsidy (optional but preferred)
