On Saturday June 23, 2012, Honorary Chair Actor Terrence Howard and Rally for Kids with Cancer Foundation hosted celebrities and supporters at the Roosevelt Hotel in a table tennis event called Smash! Funds were raised to support Stand Up to Cancer and Children's Hospital Los Angeles, which share the same goal of finding a cure for cancer. 

The event was fully loaded with great food, a DJ, silent auction, celebrities, and even a few table tennis professionals. JOOLA and North American Table Tennis were very excited to be a part of the event and provided table tennis equipment and assistance with tournament logistics. 

Overall, the the event had a terrific turn out and it's exciting that table tennis is becoming more main stream. We are looking forward to the next event!
