Do you have a goal? Do you pay attention to details and do everything correctly. Is your training super charged, on the edge, crisp and incredibly demanding? Do you have detailed oriented drills to cover all possible situations? Are you in better physical shape, quicker, stronger and more consistent than your competition?
If the answer in no to any of these questions then it's time for you to sit down with your coach and prepare a detailed training plan that helps you to reach your goals.
You must know precisely what you need to do this week to hit your goals 12 month from now! Once you have the plan, you must be disciplined to execute the plan.
