The 2013 Butterfly Cary Cup Championship is scheduled Friday, March 15 through Sunday, March 17 at Bond Park Community Center in Cary, North Carolina. Registration opens on Monday, December 17, 2012. Participant Registration
Mail-In Registration – You may register by printing the 2013 Cary Cup Entry Form and mailing the completed forms in with payment on or after December 17, 2012. Submit completed application with payment to: Town of Cary – PRCR – Cary Cup, PO Box 8005, Cary NC 27512
Online Registration
(2012 Cary Cup Participants ONLY)
Online Registration (NEW) – IF YOU PARTICIPATED IN THE 2012 Cary Cup, you may register online for the 2013 Butterfly Cary Cup Championships using the Town of Cary’s EZ-REG Web online registration process. You will need your Family Account PIN Number and CLIENT CODE for online registration, which you may obtain by entering your email address at https://classweb.townofcary.org/eConnect/MyAccount/MyAccountRememberMe.asp. An email will be sent to that address with your PIN and CLIENT CODE.
Once you have your PIN and CLIENT CODE, Navigate to https://classweb.townofcary.org
1. Click on the “EZ-REG Web” link on the sidebar.
2. Click on the “Activities Tab” and proceed to Option 1 or Option 2.
- Option 1- View All Cary Cup Menu Options
1. Click on the “Community Centers” Web link on the sidebar.
2. Click on the “Sports Tournaments & Events” subsection on the sidebar.
3. Select the appropriate Cary Cup rating fee, tournaments, USATT memberships and FASTT memberships that you wish to register.
4. Click "Add" to put the course in your basket (The first time you do this you will be asked to enter your Client Code and Account PIN.).
5. Select the family member you wish to register for this course from the pull down menu.
6. Repeat steps 1-5 as needed for additional tournaments or participants OR press “Go to Checkout”.
7. Review the changes and enter payment information as required. You must pay for courses selected during the transaction in order for your registration to be completed. Press the Complete Transaction button.
8. For your confirmation, please print the Registration Was Successful page.
- Option 2- View Specific Tournaments/Codes Using the Course Code
1. Enter the Course Code directly into the "Quick Link" field. Course Codes for tournaments and memberships may be found on the Cary Cup Entry Form.
2. Click "Add" to put the course in your basket (The first time you do this you will be asked to enter your Client Code and Account PIN.).
3. Select the family member you wish to register for this course from the pull down menu.
4. Repeat steps 1-3 as needed for additional tournaments or participants OR press “Go to Checkout”.
5. Review the changes and enter payment information as required. You must pay for courses selected during the transaction in order for your registration to be completed. Press the Complete Transaction button.
6. For your confirmation, please print the Registration Was Successful page.
