Before the first entry, please email your full name and class or if you need to be classified, and make the first entry payment.
Before the second entry, please email your birthdate, passport or ID number and expiration date, travel info, any special food requests (vegan, vegetarian, no pork, no beef,...) and make the second entry payment.

The limit on the number of entries is 250 players.
Number of wheelchair accessible rooms for class 1 and 2 is 25
* 8 Para NT members (Ari, Daryl, Tahl, Pam, Sam, Wayne, Andre and Sherri) will not need to pay for the Mike Dempsey Tournament entry.

$650 per person in sharing room
$850 per person in a single room
Fees cover hotel for 3 nights, gift card for meals ($180 Gift Card which can be used anywhere where credit cards are accepted), transportation to the hotel, and the professional training.
