USA Synchro Names Hibner New Business and Sport Development Manager

INDIANAPOLIS - USA Synchro announced Tuesday the hiring of Rachel Hibner as its new Business and Sport Development Manager.

Hibner will be responsible for sponsor acquisition and opportunities, managing national championship events and coordinating fundraising activities, among other duties.

“We are very pleased to add Rachel to the staff of USA Synchro,” said USA Synchro Executive Director Kevin Warner. “She has some very specific experience in the areas in which we have a strategic focus. I expect her to catch on quickly and begin making an impact on the workload for USA Synchro.”

Hibner comes to her new position at USA Synchro from Vision Event Management, where she was the company’s Marketing and Social Media Coordinator. She managed sponsor activation, sought new sponsors and managed numerous social media sites for the company’s clients. She was also the Director of Customer Service at Mudathlon, where she served as liaison to participants and sponsors of all Mudathlon events.

Hibner is a 2013 graduate of Purdue University, where she earned a Bachelor of Arts in public relations and rhetorical advocacy.

Hibner has served as president of the Association of Women in Communications (2012-2013) and was a panhellenic delegate for Alpha Chi Omega (2011-2012).
