Killman Places Fourth In Solo Tech At World University Games

INDIANAPOLIS - 2012 Olympian Mary Killman (Lindenwood University/McKinney, Texas) placed fourth in the solo technical preliminary Friday at the 2013 World University Games in Kazan, Russia.

Killman scored 87.300 points, one point behind Italy’s Linda Cerruti. Russia’s Svetlana Romashina, who won two gold medals at the 2012 Olympics, placed first with 96.500, while Yukiko Inui of Japan is second at 92.100.

The solo free final is Tuesday, July 9.

The U.S. competes second in Saturday’s team tech preliminary.
