Team USA wins bronze at Spanish Winter Open
INDIANAPOLIS – The U.S. national synchronized swimming team earned the bronze medal in the team free routine Sunday at the Spanish Winter Open in Sabadell, Spain.
Spain won gold with 97.01 points and Ukraine took silver with 91.56 points. The U.S. finished with 89.30 points for third, followed by Italy (88.45) and Great Britain (87.59).
Team USA also won bronze in the team technical on Saturday.
The U.S. will next compete in an Olympic Qualification Tournament in London on April 18-22 for a chance to qualify for a berth in the team and duet competitions at the 2012 Olympic Games.

Morgan Fuller (Sunnyvale, Calif.) is the alternate.
