INDIANAPOLIS – The U.S. national synchronized swimming team finished sixth overall at the 6th FINA World Trophy in Beijing.
Team USA finishes sixth at FINA World Trophy
In Sunday’s competition, Team USA was fifth in the free combo with a 93.125 score.
Spain won the overall gold for the three-day event with 386.665 points, with host China (384.102) taking silver and Canada winning bronze (377.614). Russia (375.112) was fourth and Italy (371.466) fifth. The World Trophy consists of solo, duet, team and combinations, with scores given for artistic impression only.
