Local Skaters Represent Area at National Event

Local skaters representing the Skate-A-Way South Artistic Club have returned from the U.S. Roller Skating Championships held in Lincoln, Nebraska, from July 20-Aug. 2.
Mekenzie Stewart was the top Ocala competitor, placing fourth in the Elementary Solo Dance Final.
The Ocala sibling team of John and Victoria Russo placed ninth in the Juvenile Elementary Team Dance elimination event.
