USA Roller Sports is pleased to announce that the site for the Roller Derby National Championships has been narrowed down to the Albuquerque Convention Center (Albuquerque, NM) or the Fresno Convention Center (Fresno, CA).  The event is tentatively scheduled for December 14-16, 2012.

Both of the Convention Centers are excited about the potential opportunity to host this inaugural event in their city. USA Roller Sports is currently in communications with both locations and expects the final decision to be made in the next couple of weeks.

Details about the tournament structure will be released after the Regional tournaments are complete and the qualifying teams determined. Information regarding vendor and sponsorship opportunities will be available soon.  

There is still time to submit your team application for Regionals! Take this opportunity to make history and get your application in by the deadline, Monday, August 27^th, 2012.

The information and application for hosting one of the 2013 USARS Derby Tournaments will be available soon for those interested.

USA Roller Sports (USARS) is recognized by the Federation Internationale de Roller Sports (FIRS) and United States Olympic Committee (USOC) as the national governing body for competitive roller sports in the United States.
