CERTIFIED ATHLETIC TRAINERS NEEDED

Like sports?  Like to travel?  Then USA Roller Sports has a volunteer athletic trainer program for you.  Each year athletic trainers are needed to cover training camps at the U.S. Olympic Training Center, at National Figure and Speed Skating Championships and for numerous World Teams that compete all over the world -- and your travel, housing and food expenses are covered by USA Roller Sports.

Do You Qualify for this Program?

Athletic Training Volunteers:

1.      Will be certified and in good standing with the National Athletic Trainers’ Association (NATA) and the National Athletic Trainers’ Association Board of Certification (NATABOC).

2.      Shall have a minimum of one year practical athletic training experience at the high school, collegiate or professional sports level.

3.      Shall have a minimum of one season high-risk sports (e.g., football, ice hockey, collision sports) experience at the high school, collegiate or professional sports level.

4.      Shall adhere to the continuing education requirements set forth by the NATA and NATABOC.
