Overstriding 3

Here at the Olympic Training Center in Colorado Springs, we have an incredibly useful tool called the Curve Treadmill.  The treadmill simulates running up a hill and recruits the corresponding muscles, but also encourages the athlete to run with a quick turnover and discourages him or her from overstriding and heelstriking.  Check it out for yourself.
