World Championships in Moscow is just around the corner and training has started to taper down. I have still been dealing with my stress reaction in my tibia and being cautious so I stay healthy and can perform well for such a big competition. Everyday I have been doing ice baths and using a compression machine to help recovery in my legs. With only one week left it is very important to start mentally focusing on everything and being smart about nutrition. It is always important but especially before a big competition to not change up a routine and rest as much as possible. I received my visa for Russia a few days ago and have been packing up all of my things to get ready for the trip. Its not easy packing for 5 sports especially when you have a 50 pound weight limit.
