IJF Authorizes Arm Bars For Cadet Competition

The International Judo Federation today announced that arm bars may be used by Junior and Cadet-age judoka at IJF-sanctioned events beginning Jan. 1, 2013.
The IJF specified that this would apply to the JUNIOR category, UNDER 21; and CADET category, UNDER 18, in its announcement.
