The Club Affiliation open enrollment period ends on Monday, October 1st at 11:59pm EST. Please choose your club affiliation for the 2012-2013 affiliation year now.

The intention of the Club Affiliation policy is to solidify the relationship between clubs and players in USA Field Hockey events and to maintain the integrity of the ever more competitive national events. The policy will still not affect the National Indoor Tournament and Qualifiers as well as the Disney Junior Field Hockey Showcase.
