2011 Boy’s High School Program Meeting at Festival

PHOENIX, ARIZONIA – The USA Men’s National Team Head Coach, Nick Conway, will be hosting a meeting at the National Hockey Festival in Phoenix, Arizona on Friday, November 26 for anyone interested in playing or promoting the development of Under 19 Men’s Field Hockey in the United States.

The meeting will be open forum and will discuss the initiation and implementation of boys field hockey programs in identified areas throughout the U.S.

"The boy's high school development project is a critical component towards the continued development of men's field hockey within the USA,” said Conway. “To initiate and implement effective programs in targeted areas around the country not only provides opportunity but an ability to continue to strengthen our sports performance pipeline.”

The meeting will be held at 11AM on Field 1, Reach 11 Bleachers (office building side, half line).

“The quality of the people that are to be involved within this program will be paramount towards the success of the program and their commitment and desire to succeed in this endeavor has been remarkable.  This is an exciting program and I am extremely encouraged by the opportunities that exist moving forwards," said Conway.
