Webinar planned to discuss transition to new bylaws
Dear USCA member,
You are invited to participate in an online webinar to discuss the question “Where Are We Now?” As most of you probably know, the proposed new bylaws passed by an overwhelming majority vote from our member regions (click here for more information). However, this vote is just the beginning of the change process for the administration of the United States Curling Association.
The webinar is designed to keep you up-to-date on what’s happening now by addressing topics such as:
- The transition plan
- Impact on USCA representation in the various regions
- Communication with members; how may the USCA serve you?
- Upcoming Member Assembly and various member benefits
The webinar will be hosted by USCA President David Carlson. Following the presentation, participants will have the opportunity to ask questions. The webinar will take place Tuesday, May 13, at 7:30 p.m Central Daylight Time. The webinar is expected to last between 45 minutes and an hour.
Copies of the 2014 bylaws can be downloaded from the USA Curling website. Click the bylaws link on the left-hand side of the screen.
