NBC Olympic Commentator Joe Jacobi Shares Information on how to get the most out of the Beijing Olympics!

Aug. 04, 2008, 6:30 p.m. (ET)

Hi, everyone.

As I head off to Beijing tomorrow
as part of NBC Canoe/Kayak broadcast team, I wanted to share a few upcoming details about my participation in the upcoming Olympics Games.

First, I've attached a letter that Bill Endicott (NBC Canoe/Kayak Blogger) and I wrote about the whitewater events and some of the opportunities that are connected to the race.  You'll also see some of the most up-to-date broadcast information that we have at the moment.

Second, as mentioned in the letter, I'd definitely encourage you check into NBCOlympics.com during the Games.  From live streaming to archived broadcast segments to customized highlight reels, NBCOlympics.com is definitely more than just supporting television broadcast.

Finally, I plan to keeping in touch with all of you at my web site -www.JoeJacobi.com - as much as I can via video and written blogs.  I'll also be posting "short/one sentence" updates" from Beijing on Twitter.com that are easy to follow and will direct you to any new blog postings too.

Just go to Twitter.com (it's free) and search/follow "JoeJacobi."

Enjoy the Games!
