Film Overview:
NCM Fathom and New Moon are partnering to present FIRST: The Story of the London 2012 Olympic Games.  Director Caroline Rowland meets 12 of the most talented young athletes from around the world as they prepare for London 2012, giving us a glimpse into what defines them as people and as athletes. With unprecedented, behind the scenes access to the greatest moments of the Games, FIRST is the closest moviegoers can get to the London 2012 Olympic Games.  In addition, the event will feature exclusive interviews with Olympic athletes including Missy Franklin (Swimming, Gold Medalist), John Orozco (Gymnastics), Queen Underwood (Boxing), and Caroline Buchanan (BMX). These interviews will bring us right up to date with the athletes to find out how the Olympic Games have changed the lives of these young superheroes and how they see their Olympic and personal adventures continuing.
