There are some great opportunities for certified coaches to gain more experience working with USA Archery athletes and programs. There are application processes and requirements for each program; please click the name of the program below to learn more:
The Coach Observer Program allows coaches to take part in a Junior Dream Team camp, observing the camp coaches and archers and getting hands-on experience with the National Training System. Participants who meet the criteria are accepted on a "first come, first served" basis.

The International Team Staff (ITS) program gives coaches an opportunity to gain experience attending tournaments with USA Archery's junior and senior traveling teams, whether as a team leader or coach.
