STRENGTH 

As with any sport, strength and conditioning is vital to making a successful athlete and speedskating is no different. Our athletes are put through their paces on and off the ice. They run, bike, lift weights and take part in a variety of “dry land” exercises. Here are some videos and articles to help you build strength, on and off the ice.
