KEY BISCAYNE, Fla. (AP) Anna Tunnicliffe of Plantation, Fla., has taken a 2-0 lead over Genny Tulloch of Sausalito, Calif., in the finals of the U.S. Olympic Team Qualifying Regatta for match racing.

Tunnicliffe and her crew of Molly Vandemoer of Stanford, Calif., and Debbie Capozzi of Bayport, N.Y. need four victories to win the regatta. Tunnicliffe won the gold medal in the 2008 Olympics in the Laser Radial class. Tulloch's crew is Alice Manard Leonard of East Haven, Conn., and Jenn Chamberlin of Washington, D.C.

In the semifinals, Tulloch defeated Stephanie Roble of Chicago while Tunnicliffe beat Sally Barkow of Nashotah, Wis.

In the petit-final round, Barkow leads Roble 1-0. Racing concludes Sunday.

The four teams will advance to the final Olympic qualifier in May in England, which will determine the U.S. entrant in the class. The overall order of finish decides who is eligible for the U.S. berth in the ISAF Combined Worlds and the ISAF Sailing World Cup events.
