The Para-Cycling High Performance Director will determine strategy for 2013 UCI events. This strategy will ensure the US Para-Cycling team maximizes UCI Nations Ranking points and athlete development.
Based on this strategy athletes will be named for 2013 World Cups and World Championships teams based on the team selection procedures.
If for some reason the top ranked athlete is unable or unwilling to execute the agreed upon qualification strategy the High Performance Director in consultation with the US Paralympics Team Leader, Sport Performance will use discretion in naming a replacement athlete.
