Hawaii is known for sand and surf, not snow sports. But the 2014 U.S. Paralympic Team includes two native Hawaiians. Ranked No. 1 in the world with teammate Mike Shea, Evan Strong is a favorite in the first-ever Paralympic snowboarding competition, which is March 14 in Sochi, Russia. He is a native of Maui, Hawaii, but lives in Nevada City, Calif.
