U.S. PARALYMPICS: Track Cycling National Championships Hit the Road, June 3-4, in Colorado Springs, Colo.

For Immediate Release May 22, 2008 COLORADO SPRINGS, Colo.-U.S. Paralympics, a division of the U.S. Olympic Committee, will host the 2008 Track Cycling National Championships at the Colorado Springs Velodrome, June 3-4. The nation's best Paralympic cyclists will be competing in the 1 kilometer Time Trial, 500 meter Time Trial and the Individual Pursuit in an attempt to earn a nomination to the 2008 U.S. Paralympic Cycling Team. The event, sanctioned by USA Cycling, serves as a selection event for the team that will represent the United States in the 2008 Paralympic Games in Beijing China, Sept. 6-17th. This event is the final selection opportunities for those seeking nomination.
