U.S. Paralympics

Full registration includes daily ground transportation from the DoubleTree by Hilton Hotel, conference notebook, light morning refreshments, two lunches, two socials/receptions, access to all workshops and general sessions.

Each Paralympic Sport Club will receive one complimentary conference registration.  Details will be emailed directly to the Paralympic Sport Club point of contact.

Registration is limited to 300 participants.

International Participants

Participants from outside of the Untied States are responsible for acquiring their own Visas (if applicable).

Registration Cancellation

REPLACEMENTS / TRANSFERS: If you are unable to attend for any reason, you may transfer your registration to another person within the same price category without penalty. Simply fax a copy of your confirmation letter with a cover letter stating your request from the person replacing you to Leadership Conference at (719) 866-2029.

Please keep in mind that the cancellation policy is as follows: 

• All requests for cancellations and refunds should be faxed to 719-866-2029 or emailed to leadership.conference@usoc.org.  Refunds will only be processed based on a written notice of cancellation.  You may receive a full refund of your conference registration fee for written cancellations received thirty days prior to the conference.  You may receive a 50% refund for written cancellations received from 29 days to one week prior to the conference.  No refunds will be given if the request to cancel falls within one week of the conference.  Registrants who do not show up for the conference and do not contact us (via written correspondence as listed above) automatically forfeit all registration fees paid unless the inability to contact us was due to a verifiable emergency medical issue that occurring within one week prior to the start of the conference.  In this instance, the registrant will receive 50% refund of the registration fees.
