Diamond Wheeler is the daughter of Fred and Shu Wheeler... She is a member of the 2009 Junior and Cadet World Championship Teams... Diamond started fencing when she was nine years old when a coach spotted her mimicking her brother's moves at his fencing lesson... Her favorite fencing memory is winning her first gold medal at Summer Nationals in 2007 and then repeating in 2008...She notes that all her coaches have had a bid impact on her career either mentally or through technique...Diamond loves playing the piano, drawing, singing, ceramics, and woodworking...
