Hobbies include gardening and stained glass... started taekwondo on October 1, 1974, and received her 1st Dan in 1977... her son, Tim Thackrey, is an eight-time U.S. National Team member and a bronze medalist at the 2003 World Championships... her husband, Misha Thackrey, is the U.S. National Poomsae Team Coach and an international referee... her brother, Ron Bell, was a member of the gymnastics team at UC-Berkeley that won the NCAA national championship in 1975.

Did You Know?: Noreen is a licensed clinical social worker in the State of California and the adoption program supervisor for ASPIRAnet, a California statewide adoption and foster care agency, working to help foster children achieve the goal of a permanent home or to maintain a lifelong connection.
