Did You Know?: Lance trains in a garage with his teammates under the guidance of their three coaches, Anh, Huy and Long Nguyen. He joined Team-M Taekwondo in 2006 and has performed Taekwondo demonstration at more than 150 national and international events including the U.S. Open, U.S. Nationals, International Taekwondo Festival, World Taekwondo Hanmadang and Suwon Championship in Korea. Also, he has trained at the World Taekwondo Headquarters (Kukkiwon) and Keimyung University while he was in Korea in 2009.
