Facts: Born without a fibula in his left leg and the limb was amputated when he was 11 months old... Currently a police officer... First Paralympic athlete to compete in U.S. Indoor Track and Field National Championships in 2007... In 2008 became the first Paralympic athlete to clear the seven foot mark in high jump.
