How did you get involved? My brother introduced me to the sport while I was playing football in high school. Once my football career ended near the end of 2012, I dedicated all of my training time doing the Olympic lifts.

Favorite Competition Lift? Whichever I’m best at that day

Favorite Training Lift? Close grip Snatch

Education: Freshman in College. Pre-Physical Therapy major.

Most Influential Person(s): My brother and my dad. My coach and all of my family and friends who support me and encourage me to do well in this sport and in life

Personal Goals: Make an Olympic team, graduate with a doctorate in physical therapy and be the best person I can be.

Favorite Food: Chinese food. Anything and everything my mom cooks.

Hobbies/Interests outside of Weightlifting: I like to be outdoors. If I have time I'll go hiking, camping, wake boarding or I’ll just spend time at the lake. I love watching movies and hanging out with friends.
