Earl's favorite professional sports team is the Chicago Bulls and his favorite athletes are Michael Jordan, Leonel Marshall and Derrick Rose… His favorite movie is The Hitchhiker’s Guide to the Galaxy and his favorite actors are Will Smith, Emma Watson and Emma Stone… He most admires his sister Michelle because she introduced volleyball to him, and he learned by watching her play. USA VOLLEYBALL HIGHLIGHTS: 2013 - Selected to the Boys' Youth National Training Team. 2012 - Selected to the Boys’ Youth National Team that won a bronze medal at the HP Championships and qualified for World Championships... Participated in USA Volleyball's High Performance Holiday Camp.

CLUB/PREP HIGHLIGHTS: 2012 - Named to Volleyball Magazine's "Underclassmen to Watch" list. 2011 - Named to the All-Tournament team at the USA Volleyball Boys’ Junior National Championship in the 16U division… Placed fifth in that tournament… Won Most Outstanding Player in the Chicago Public Schools Boys Volleyball City Championship as he led his team to a first-place finish… Received MVP at Walter Payton Prep for the 2010/2011 season... Won fifth place at the Club Junior Nationals with the Naperville VBC.
