MAJOR INTERNATIONAL COMPETITION: 2012 – Intercontinental Cup in Cairo, Egypt. 2011 –  Parapan American Games in Guadalajara, Mexico (silver)... Competed in July in the 2011 Continental Cup in Kettering, England… Competed in May with the U.S. Men’s Sitting Team in the Sarajevo Open in Bosnia-Herzegovina. 2010 – Helped the U.S. Men's Sitting Team to 10th place at Sitting World Championships in Oklahoma... Parapan American Championship in Denver, Colo. (Silver Medal)…WOWD World Cup in Port Said, Egypt (Fifth Place).

INTERNATIONAL HIGHLIGHTS: 2012 – Was a member of the team that finished eighth at the Intercontinental Cup in Cairo, Egypt. The tournament was the team's last chance to qualify for the 2012 Paralympic Games. 2011 – Dan was part of the U.S. Men's Sitting team that finished eigth place at the 2011 Continental Cup in Kettering, Elngland. Dan was part of the team that competed in two exhibition matches against Canada in a joint training camp and won both matches.  2010 – Dan appeared in 22 sets for the U.S. men. He tallied two service aces, six kills and added three blocks.

PERSONAL: Born Daniel Joseph Regan in 1972 in St. Louis, Miss. … Parents are F.E. Regan Jr. and Catherine Regan… Graduated with a degree in business administration in 1996... A right-leg-above-the-knee amputee… Began playing volleyball in 2006… Joined the U.S. Men’s Sitting Team in 2010.
