  • Opened the 2015 season winning the NORCECA Continental Tour Cayman Islands with Jenny Kropp
  • Placed fourth at the 2013 FIVB World Championship in Stare Jablonki, Poland, with April Ross
  • Pavlik and Kropp won the Manhattan Beach Open in 2011 and 2012, when it was part of the Jose Cuervo Pro Beach Tour. In 2013, Pavlik won Manhattan Beach with Kerri Walsh Jennings when it was part of the AVP Tour.
  • Named 2008 AVP Rookie of the Year after placing in the top 10 in 10 out of 15 tournaments in which she competed.


  • Partnered with April Ross for the FIVB St. Petersburg Grand Slam, finishing 25th after withdrawing during pool play
  • With Jenny Kropp, opened the 2015 season winning NORCECA Cayman Islands and finishing fifth at the AVP New Orleans
