• Won a Bronze medal as a part of the 2011 Boys’ Youth National Team at the U19 Pan American Cup 
• Named as the 2013 AVCA Newcomer of the Year and First Team All-American as a freshman 

• Member of the Men’s Junior National Training Team in 2013 
• Named to the 2013 NCAA All-Tournament Team 
• First player to ever win back-to-back AVCA Player of the Week awards
• Majoring in Pre-Management while at BYU
• Took a hiatus from volleyball to serve on an LDS mission in 2014 and 2015

• Named to the Volleyball Magazine’s Fab 50 in high school
