• At BYU, named the 2013 AVCA Newcomer of the Year and First Team All-American as a freshman 

• Won the 2016 Off the Block Bryan Ivie Award as the nation's top DI-II collegiate opposite
• AVCA First Team All-American in 2013 and 2016
• Helped BYU to the 2016 NCAA Championship match, where it fell to Ohio State
• Played in the 2015 Men's Pan American Cup
• Named to the 2013 NCAA All-Tournament Team
• First player to ever win back-to-back AVCA Player of the Week awards
• Took a hiatus from volleyball to serve on an LDS mission to Columbus, Ohio, in 2014 and 2015
