Lian Bianca Osier is the daughter of David and Chong-il Osier... Lian is a member of the 2009 Junior World Championship Team... She is the recipient of the 2007 Oregon Fencing Alliance Sportsmanship Award... Lian has served as an Athlete Representative for the Oregon Fencing Alliance Board of Directors since 2007...She started fencing for something to do during the off-season for soccer... Lian's favorite fencing memory is winning her first North American Cup... Mariel Zagunis is her role model... Lists her coach, Ed Korfanty, as the most influential on her fencing career because he "helps me get to the next level"... Lian really likes spicy food, soccer, and jogging.
