  • Born Christopher Kenneth Orenic on March 1, 1994 in Los Angeles
  • Parents are Chris and Mary Claire Orenic… His mother played volleyball and ran track. His father played basketball
  • Christopher started playing volleyball in 2004 with the Southern California Volleyball Club
  • Christopher has also played beach volleyball… Favorite food is Alaskan King Crab
  • Favorite book is The Client… Favorite musical group is Porcupine Tree
  • Favorite team is the Chicago Bears… Favorite athlete is Clay Stanley
  • Most admired person is his father because “he loves his family, has a great work ethic, is a great cook and strives to be in the best shape possible”
  • Christopher is an animal lover. Every Sunday morning he volunteers at the Roundhouse Aquarium at the end of the Manhattan Beach Pier. He also rescued a dog that was hit by a car and was lame in his front leg. He has named the dog Steve McQueen.

    – 15’s Open All-Tournament Team at the USAV Boys’ National Championships… USA Volleyball Beach Nationals (Silver Medal). AAU Beach Tournament (three gold medals).
    2008 – 14’s Open Bronze Medal at the USAV Boys’ National Championships… AAU Beach Junior National Championships (Gold Medal)… Was the MVP of Mira Costa’s boys’ JV volleyball team.
