Sports you competed in while in high school (include number of years): Baseball for 1 year, swim team for 2 years, freestyle, creative solo and precision roller skating for 4 years.

Other high school activities: Marching band and Oakland Technical Center (for collision repair).

College attended: Oakland Community College.

Degree/major: Will have my associate’s degree and have certificate in collision repair.

Sports you competed in while in college (include number of years): Creative solo, team free dance, and team dance Roller skating for 4 years.

Occupation, current employer: Roller rink manager at Rolladium Skating Center. 

Career goals: I would like to own a collision shop.

Current skating club: Rolladium Skating Club.

When did you begin skating: When I was 4, at the Rolladium.

Future goals you hope to obtain as a skater:  To represent my country by skating my personal best in Taipei.  

Awards, honors and statistics received in roller sports: 2001 J.O. devision 1 pairs bronze medalist(with Erynn Mason), 2007 creative solo bronze medal, 2010 creative solo 4th place,2011 Open Free dance national Champion(with Jaymee Mason), 2011 Freshman/Sophomore Team Dance Champion(with Jaymee Mason) , 2012 World Class Dance Bronze Medalist(with Jaymee Mason), 2013 World Class Dance Bronze Medalist(with Jaymee Mason), and 2012 Michigan USARS skater of the year.

Other sports you currently participate in: Racquetball Thursdays.

Who is your favorite sports figure: Andy Dirks, Calvin Johnson, and Blake Griffin.

Who is the person you most admire/greatest influence in your life and why: My coach Mary Margaret, my mom Kandi, and my girlfriend Jaymee, because they are always pushing me to be a stronger and better person.

List your hobbies: Tinkering with things, working on cars and skates.

What music do you listen to during training or competition? Anything that I feel like listing to, but probably mostly Blink-182 or Eminem.

What makes you a unique and special person: I think that living at a roller rink makes me pretty unique.

Favorite food before a competition: Whatever I feel like eating that day.

Favorite movie: The Fast and Furious series.

Favorite place to shop: It’s pretty hard to pass up a good Thrift store. . .

Most prized possession: My tools and my skates.

If you could pick one word to describe you, what would it be: Relaxed.

Anything else you would like us to know about you: I’m so glad to have the greatest partner who pushes me every day to be a better person and a better skater.
