When did you begin skating: when I was 2 years old in the tiny tots class at Rolladium!

Awards, honors and statistics received in roller sports: 2008 Creative Solo National Champion, 2010 Creative Solo National Silver Medalist, 2010 Freshman/Sophomore Solo Dance National Silver Medalist, 2011 Open Free DANCE national Champion, 2011 Freshman/Sophomore Team Dance Champion, 2012 World Class Dance Bronze Medalist, 2013 World Class Dance Bronze Medalist; 2013 and 2014 World Team member; 2008, 2010, 2012 and 2013 Michigan USARS Skater of the Year. I also received my first National placement as a coach; my Junior Precision team, the Rockin’ Rollers, received the bronze medal this year in Lincoln!

Favorite food before a competition: Oatmeal with peanut butter, milk and a banana with LOTS of water!

What music do you listen to during training or competition? I always have to listen to whatever I'll be performing to that day. Once I've done that, I put on Fort Minor, Barenaked Ladies, or Eminem.

Most prized possession: My roller skates and my Team USA warmups!!!

Favorite hobbies: Reading, writing, working out

If you could pick one word to describe you, what would it be: Driven.

What makes you a unique and special person: I always feel that being a roller skater makes me unique. Living above a roller rink is special, too!

Who is the person you most admire/greatest influence in your life and why: My Coach, Mary Margaret, because she's put up with me for a VERY long time and my mom because she has taught me to be persevering and independent.

Family Members Who Have Competed or Are Competing in Amateur or Professional Athletics: My dad was an awesome baseball player, KayLee plays some mean t-ball, and Erynn and Noah are both artistic roller skaters and I’m proud to say Noah is following in my footsteps and skated his first Nationals with his beautiful dance partner, Pearl.
