Adam Ayman El-Zoghby has been with Al-Ahly of the Eygptian 1st Division since 1994. From 2000-2008, El-Zoghby played in 130 international matches for the Eyptian national teams at the youth, junior, and senior levels. In 2009, El-Zoghby, who was born in New York, decided to play for the United States. El-Zoghby has been eligible to compete in official international matches for the United States since September 2010 after having sat out for three years in between official international matches. The Egyptian-American enjoys all kinds of sports, reading, travelling, and planning. He says his favorite city he has been to is London and his favorite food is pizza. In January 2008, El Zoghby graduated from Cairo University with a degree in advertising and marketing at Cairo University. He will also earn his Sports Management Diploma from FIFA in December 2010 and currently works as a sports marketer.
