Fun Facts: Muffy is an accomplished adventurer and world traveler. In 2002 she became the first female paraplegic mountaineer to summit a peak over 14,000’ when she successfully climbed California’s Mt. Shasta with three other paraplegics using a device called a SnowPod. Since then, she has successfully climbed Colorado’s Pikes Peak two times in her wheelchair.
