“Teamwork is very important. The most talented and physical team in the world will probably get away with many things but in moments where there’s a lot of pressure, I’d take the team with better teamwork. They’re going to trust each other a lot more and they’re not going to implode.”

“Everybody on the team is there to win and to represent Team USA in the best way possible. In volleyball, you can’t win with just one guy and I think that’s a good thing because you’re a little more humble. We’re hungry and ready to be the best in the world.”
